Our Rights.

Women’s Ecology, LLC owns the intellectual property of our entire website along with our licensors. This includes, but is not limited to its contents, functionality, and features. Intellectual property includes, but is not limited to, all software, information, text, graphics, images, audio, video, displays, and their selection, layout, and design. They are protected under United States and international intellectual property rights laws. These laws include, but are not limited to, copyright, service mark, trademark, trade secret, patent, and all other intellectual property rights laws.

Women’s Ecology, LLC reserves and retains the intellectual property rights to our name, logo, and all related names, logos, service names, product names, designs, and slogans, as they are the trademarks of Women’s Ecology, LLC, our affiliates, or licensors.

Your Use of Our Website.

This Terms of Use Agreement allows you to use our website for private, personal, lawful, non-commercial use only in accordance with this Terms of Use Agreement.

Women’s Ecology, LLC retains all rights not expressly granted in this Terms of Use Agreement. This Terms of Use Agreement does not grant you, nor transfer to you, the title, right, or interest in or to our website or its intellectual property. It is a breach, that may infringe upon intellectual property rights laws and other laws, for you to use our website in any way not expressly granted in this Terms of Use Agreement.

You have permission to do the following:

  • As a consequence of you viewing/accessing our website materials, your computer may automatically and temporarily store copies of the materials in its RAM.

  • Your browser may automatically cache files to enhance your display or user experience.

  • You may download a single copy of a desktop, mobile, or other application, if provided, in adherence to its personal non-commercial end user license agreement.

  • Separate text from graphics, illustrations, images, audio or video content, audio content.

  • Modify or remove any proprietary rights notices from material copies of our website, including, but not limited to, copyrights and trademarks.

  • Access or use any part of our website content, functionality, features, services, or materials for commercial purposes.

  • Use our intellectual property, including, but not limited to, our name, logo, and all related names, logos, service names, product names, slogans, and designs without the prior written permission of Women’s Ecology, LLC™.

Breach of this Terms of Use Agreement.

If you breach our website Terms of Use Agreement, in part or in whole, or provide another person the means to do so, your access and license to use our website will be immediately terminated. This includes, but is not limited to, downloading, modifying, printing, copying, or using our website in violation of our Terms of Use Agreement. At our sole discretion, you will be required to destroy or return the copies of our website materials that you generated.

Reporting Copyright Infringement.

This website complies with the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To report a claim of copyright infringement, please send a claim to our official agent with the following information:

  • Your contact information (name, mailing address, phone number).

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you believe was infringed.

  • A description of the content on this site that you believe is infringing your copyright. If possible, please include a web address/link.

  • A declaration that:
