Appropriateness-of-Fit and the Right to Refuse Service.
My services can be challenging. They are not a quick-fix or standardized process. Therefore, this work is not appropriate for every person or situation, and compatibility is important between us. As such, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is not a good fit for these services, even if someone has engaged in services with me before. This may include, but is not limited to a dual relationship, a conflict of interest or the needs of the person exceeding the Scope of Practice.

Damages.
To the extent allowed by law, under this agreement Women’s Ecology, LLC will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, regardless of legal theory, whether or not it has been warned of such damages, and even if all other remedies would fail.
Governing Authority.
The laws of the state of Colorado will govern all matters arising out of this agreement and the use of this website. All claims arising out of or relating to this agreement or the use of this website will be litigated exclusively in Larimer County, Colorado. The parties consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in Larimer County, Colorado.
