Invocation and Blessing
Podcast Description
This podcast is a sacred space for modern medicine women — professional healers, peacemakers, artists, facilitators, and educators who work with subtle energies — who are ready to come home to themselves.
We explore Women’s Ecology™:
The sacred and scientific study of how the genetic, natural, social, built, and ethereal environments that hold a woman shape her wellbeing across her lifetime — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It’s a living framework that unifies the three pillars of women’s identity: Women’s Spirituality, Womanhood, and Women’s Leadership.
Women’s Ecology was founded by Hanna Hunt, MEd, a Women’s Ecologist™, adult educator, and shamanic practitioner in the Andean tradition specializing in the plant spirit medicine of Ireland and New Zealand.
Hanna is also the founder of The College of Women’s Ecology™, nature’s holistic healing center and wellness school for modern medicine women.
Episode Description
An opening invocation and blessing for modern medicine women — to remember who you are, reclaim what’s yours, and walk the sacred road home to yourself.

This is a collective summoning — spoken through me to a sacred lineage of modern medicine women — professional healers, peacemakers, artists, facilitators, and educators who work with subtle energies. If it's for you, you'll feel it deep inside, in your bones — that you are a part of something ancient and wise.
This activation is to awaken what lies dormant within you — it's Women’s Ecology. A sacred memory. A pattern. A rhythm. A way of belonging to life that already resides within you because it was passed to you on each of your XX chromosomes by Primordial Eve. It's a living framework that unifies the three pillars of women’s identity — women’s spirituality, womanhood, and women’s leadership. It's your genetic heritage, spiritual birthright, and legacy. And, it's time you claimed it.
This invocation anoints The College of Women’s Ecology — a holistic healing center and wellness school for modern medicine women — a place of sacred healing, learning, and growth.
And, it awakens The Women’s Ecology Podcast — a gathering space for voice, story, and deep listening — a place where ancestral wisdom meets everyday life, and where the Sacred Feminine is remembered as a living force.
It was recorded on Samhain — the end of autumn's harvest and the beginning of the Celtic new year — the seeding of new intentions on the threshold of winter.
Samhain is a time of exposure — the veil thins for truth, not harm. It is when the hidden, buried, or ignored rise into visibility. In the old ways, this unveiling was not feared — it was a time for honoring, clearing, and realignment.
This is why this date was chosen. It is a time for the truth about womanhood to rise through the living framework of Women's Ecology — for women to reclaim their sovereignty, restore their boundaries, and speak their truth with a voice aligned with the Great Spirit, the Sacred Feminine, and the Light.
Regardless of when you listen to this episode, it can help you begin again.
Welcome to The Women's Ecology Podcast.
It's time to come home to yourself.
03:18 | Calling Yourself In
Close your eyes. Focus on your breath. Don't try to change anything. Just be with your breath — with yourself. Feel the air move through your nose, your throat, your chest.
Wherever you are — in your kitchen, your bed, your living room — let yourself arrive. Relax your jaw. Let your shoulders soften. Wiggle your toes. And just be.
Let the noise of the world fade away. Let the pressures go. In this moment, there is nowhere for you to be, nothing for you to do, to solve, or to prove. Just be right here with yourself.
Now call your energy from all the places it has scattered. From other people, places, and things. Call it back to yourself. Ask it to come home.
Whisper to yourself — or say it aloud:
“I am here now. All of me may arrive.”
Let your breath deepen. Let your feet root. Let your spirit settle.
This moment is for you.
04:25 | Naming the Threshold
We are standing at the threshold. Between seasons, between years, between worlds. The wheel has turned. The harvest is complete. And now, we begin the descent — into darkness, stillness, silence. This is the holy pause between what was and what will be.
In the old ways, this moment was not feared. It was honored as a doorway — a veil-thin space where the ancestors draw near and the soul is invited to listen more deeply. Samhain is not only an ending. It is a sacred passage. A place of becoming. As the outer world grows quieter, the inner world begins to speak. And so we cross together — not hurried, not alone — but awake to the invitation of this time. To root more deeply. To remember more truly. To walk into the dark in faith that darkness always comes before the light.
Close your eyes. You are now in it — the space between what was and what will be. The air is different here. The noise has quieted. There’s no turning back toward harvest, or light, or certainty. You are crossing into the deep interior. Let your body feel that this moment is not ordinary. You are standing in the holy dark — the descent — the fertile void where life begins again, but only after rest, silence, and surrender. Let this be that moment. Let it find you. Let it hold you. Let it change you.
04:49 | Setting the Boundaries
This space is sacred. It is protected. It is consecrated.
Only energies aligned with truth, love, sovereignty, and wisdom may enter here.
Only those in alignment with the Great Spirit, the Sacred Feminine, the Light, and the healing of the Earth and humanity may walk with us now.
All others are forbidden. Any presence, thought, intention, or energy that distorts, deceives, distracts, or harms through fear, manipulation, confusion or otherwise — may not linger, hide, or pass.
This space is sealed in the Light of the Great Spirit, held in the presence of the Sacred Feminine, and rooted in the wisdom of the Earth.
05:39 | Honoring the Ancestors
We call upon the Spirit of the Moon, the celestial patroness of all women in perpetuity — a being with the spiritual right and authority to support, protect, and champion a person, group, cause, or institution.
We call upon our ancestors of the Upper World, the Planets and Archangels of our Solar system, the Earth as our Mother and Caregiver, and our Earthly Ancestors — the Stone People, the Plant People, the Four-Leggeds, the Creepy Crawlers, the Finned, the Furred, and the Winged-Ones.
We call upon our genetic and spiritual ancestors of the past, present, and future who qualify to enter this consecrated space — those whose blood runs through our veins and those whose spiritual wisdom shapes our path.
We walk in freedom with our ancestors. May they walk with us — in Light, in truth, and in peace.
May the Light of the Moon shine upon you.
06:11 | Invocation & Blessing
According to Divine Heart, Will, and Mind, I am here in this sacred space to call upon the sacred lineage of modern medicine women to root into the living framework and ancestral wisdom of Women's Ecology — as truth remembered in the body, Soul, and Spirit, so that you may bring the Sacred Feminine into your everyday life.
I open this podcast and this season as a shared field of listening — a vessel of awakening where the Sacred Feminine may speak again through women who remember who they are.
We speak our collective intention now: To reclaim what has been silenced, to rise in sovereignty, and to walk the sacred road together — in peace, harmony, and belongingness with each other, nature, the Earth, and Cosmos in alignment with the Light.
May Women’s Ecology be a truth remembered in the body, Soul, and Spirit, so that you, and all women, may reclaim your spiritual inheritance, birthright, and legacy, and in so doing, bring the Sacred Feminine into your everyday lives.
May The College of Women’s Ecology become a sanctuary for healing, learning, growth, and leadership for women who hear the call to come home to themselves.
May this Podcast be a sacred vessel of sharing, remembering, growth, and community, as we call upon the Sacred Feminine to guide the decisions we make and the actions we take that lead to unity with the Divine Forces of Light.
May you, dear listener, be anointed by the Spirit of the Moon with the ancient memory of Women's Ecology — the way of life that was passed to you on each of your XX chromosomes by Primordial Eve.
May the Sacred Feminine be awakened within you — as your genetic heritage, spiritual birthright, and legacy.
May the three pillars of women's identity — women's spirituality, womanhood, and women's leadership — be united within you.
May you acknowledge the power of creation that is woven into your DNA — and may that remembrance bring healing. It’s the power that you access on a monthly basis as you bleed and across your lifetime as you pass through menarche, motherhood, and menopause. May you acknowledge that it is the sacred right and responsibility granted solely to women to bring spirit into physical form — that it’s the gift that makes you a World Maker.
May you reclaim your ancient and instinctive leadership values and priorities that are rooted in an ethic of care, so that you may set boundaries, make decisions, and act by prioritizing Spirit first, your Self second, family third, and career fourth — without fear, guilt, or apology.
May you, dear listener, be true to your heart, so you create the beauty that lies within.
May this moment be the first step in coming home to yourself and may this be a place of belonging — in this moment, this podcast, and this College.
06:44 | Blessing
May you rise from this moment renewed and rekindled as you walk forward in truth — with reverence for the sacred in yourself, in others, Nature, and the Earth beneath your feet.
You are not alone. You are part of a sacred lineage, a sacred turning that is calling you home to yourself and this place of belonging.
May the words spoken here echo in your daily life as quiet strength, gentle clarity, and courageous renewal.
Walk it as holy — as you are holy.
